Menu for the week of 26 MAR 2012
The “rules” of our household diet can be found in the tab above labeled Hallee’s Galley and further explained in Our Diet.
I usually serve leftovers for lunch the next day, or we’ll save them during the week to graze lunch on the weekends. One meal a week, we eat whatever we want. This is usually our “Dinner Out” meal.
Almost all of the breads are homemade using fresh milled flour. I’ll continue to link to my recipes as I post them. Our daily bread is Whole Wheat Honey Oatmeal Bread.

Here’s the menu for my family for the week of March 26th. As far as desserts go, I think we’re going to make some peanut butter cookies this afternoon, and maybe a chocolate cream pie in the middle of the week.
Today is also the day I release my novel — Book 1 of the Jewel Trilogy, Sapphire Ice! You can read more about it here.

I just found your blog from OrgJunkie. Looking forward to exploring some of your recipes!
Welcome! I’m so happy you found me!
Looks yummy – have to tell you that I’ve made your whole wheat honey oatmeal break several times now and it comes out perfectly every time – and even better, my guys love it!
That is fantastic – thank you for telling me. My boys call it “Mommy bread.” I’m afraid no other bread will do in our house – lol.
