Menu Monday 08 Feb 2010 – Valentine’s Week!
Menu Monday 08 February 2010 – Valentine’s Day Week
The “rules” of our household diet can be found in the tab above labeled Hallee’s Galley and further explained in Our Diet.
One meal a week, we eat whatever we want. This is usually our “Dinner Out” meal.
If I have any leftovers, I usually serve them for lunch the next day, or we’ll save them during the week to graze lunch on the weekends.
Almost all of the breads are homemade – I’ll continue to link to my recipes as I post them.
I had said that the boys didn’t do breakfast usually, so I was leaving breakfast off, but in the last week, they’ve both boosted their breakfast eating, so I’m adding it back onto the menu.
Here’s the menu for my family for the week of Monday, February 8, 2010. As far as desserts go, we’re going to be celebrating the Boy Scouts Anniversary and will be making S’mores Cub-Cakes, and I hope to get some truffles made for Valentine’s Day. I also have to make 20 checkerboard cakes for our church Valentine’s Day Banquet, and 5 chocolate cakes for Wednesday night dinner.
