This is so rich and chocolatey that you’ll be lucky to get it onto the cake before you eat it all.

6 TBS butter
2 ⅔ cup powdered sugar
½ cup baking cocoa (I use Hershey’s Special Dark baking cocoa)
⅓ cup whole milk
1 TBS vanilla

Measuring cups/spoons
mixing bowl

Beat the butter until fluffy.

Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.

Mix together milk and vanilla.

Add to butter, beating alternately with milk mixture.

Beat about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

2 cups frosting.

Low in cholesterol
Very low in sodium

This is a rich, delicious frosting.
