Delectable Chocolate Buttercream Frosting
This is so rich and chocolatey that you’ll be lucky to get it onto the cake before you eat it all.

6 TBS butter
2 ⅔ cup powdered sugar
½ cup baking cocoa (I use Hershey’s Special Dark baking cocoa)
⅓ cup whole milk
1 TBS vanilla

Measuring cups/spoons
mixing bowl
sifter
mixer

Beat the butter until fluffy.
Sift together powdered sugar and cocoa.
Mix together milk and vanilla.
Add to butter, beating alternately with milk mixture.
Beat about 2 minutes until light and fluffy.

2 cups frosting.

I love chocolate buttercream!
The recipe I use doesn’t call for as much cocoa, but I think next time I make it, I’ll more. I think I’ll like it better.
