Traveling with Children

All three of my kids have been on airplanes by 5 months old, and none of them are unaccustomed to hours in the car. Over the years, I’ve learned several tips to making traveling with children easier.

Menu Monday 30 Nov 2009

Here’s the menu plan for the week of Monday, 30 November 2009 for my family. As far as desserts go, we’re keeping it light this week. I need to do a couple batches of red velvet cookie recipes to send to Gregg for his birthday. Beyond that, I may do a pudding or custard.

Creation: Stellar Evolution Part I

Steller evolution is the theory of the origin of stars, or how stars are born. The theories of stellar evolution can be largely separated into two categories. There are theories that fall into how stars “evolved” as part of the aftermath of the Cosmic Evolution brought about by the Big Bang, and there are other theories about how stars are “evolving” even today.
