Menu Monday 20 FEB 2012

Here’s the menu for my family for the week of February 20th. As far as desserts go, I intended to make a fresh cherry pie in honor of Presidents’ Day, but I have a certain 5-year-old who recently learned how to use a cherry pitter, and who found the bag of cherries. Gregg and I are also taking a little weekend trip alone to celebrate my 40th birthday (which isn’t until next week). We’ll be leaving Friday evening and not returning until Sunday afternoon.
