I love this!! I saw a video similar once, but I’ve never tried it. I don’t need to separate eggs often, but this is a really nice way to do it :)
I made another small batch of Gregg’s gingerbread cookies which gave me a chance to try this trick. Very neat! I wished I could to separate every egg in the carton just for the fun of it.
