I made pear butter last year – it’s one of my absolute favorites. I followed the recipe in the Ball Blue Book – let me know if you want it and don’t have the recipe. :)
How do you can/preserve your fruits and vegetables?
I really depends on what kind of fruit or vegetable it is. I will either can them, freeze them, or dry them.
