How to Have the Best Corn on the Cob Ever

If you prepare your corn on the cob this way, it will never fail you.  When you bite into your corn, it will be crisp, juicy, perfect.

Do not husk your corn until you are ready to cook it.  Store it in the husk in the refrigerator.

Once you’ve husked the corn and removed the silk, place it in a pan and cover it with COLD water.

Do not salt your water.  Do not put butter in your water.  This will toughen the kernels.  Just cook the corn in water.

Bring to a boil and boil uncovered for 2 minutes.  Don’t boil it any longer.

Remove from heat and let stand uncovered for 10 minutes.

As simple as it is, that’s it.  You won’t eat a better cob of corn than this.
