More from my garden. Yesterday morning, I picked this:
and I thought, “hmmm – that looks like it would be a yummy combination.” So, I turned it into this:
and finally into this:
Yummy spicy tomato and jalapeno salsa.
Very spicy.

Thanks so much for sharing that recipe! I’ve never seen one using Anaheim peppers, and my neighbor is always trying to give me his peppers. Excited to try it out.
I am trying to grow our own salsa this year. I am hoping to can lot. Thanks for the recipe.
