Refreshing & Minty Melon with Yogurt
This is the perfect mid-afternoon snack. The mint is refreshing and energizing.
½ cup cantaloupe
½ cup honeydew melon
1 cup plain yogurt
½ tsp mint flakes (or 3 leaves of fresh mint finely sliced)
Sharp knife and cutting board
Measuring cups/spoons
Bowl
Dice the melon into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
1 serving.

I used Tuscan cantaloupe (it’s the only cantaloupe I really like), honeydew, and added a little watermelon. I used four fresh mint leaves and added a tsp of Realemon. It was wonderful and on my heart-healthy diet plan! :)
