Filling up the entire side of my fridge, is my life. I can stand back, with my back against the wall, and see the entire year laid out in front of me. I see upcoming birthdays, doctor appointments, days of my husband’s flight home (YAY!), days school gets out, days I need to bake bread for the church bazaar — whatever is coming up is right there.
Here’s the menu plan for my family for the week of Monday, 16 November 2009. This menu is a tribute to the Twilight series and the premier of the film, NEW MOON, which my 12 year old daughter much appreciates.

My kids love homemade pizza. They do not enjoy typical takeout or deli pizzas at all. This crust is just right and makes the pizza as good as it is.

This dish is fun to serve when company is over. It’s perfect for a black and white party, for New Year’s Eve, for a Casino theme – anything fun like that.

This dish is one of my daughter’s favorites. She gets excited whenever she sees it on the menu. I made it Tuesday this week and she asked Sunday and Monday when I was going to make it. This is amazing comfort food.
