These blogs are visually pleasing, carefully assembled, and easy to navigate. They aren’t cluttered, they don’t immediately start playing annoying music the minute the page loads, and they are soft on the eyes. They are LOVELY blogs which a wonderful reflections of the folks who keep them lovely for us readers.
I don’t know if you can see this clearly – out of the 2 pics I took, it is the clearest. This is a group of guys, sitting on leather furniture, reading the paper. This was downtown Altanta, GA, at noon on a Monday.
These blogs inspire others to achieve greater things. Some inspire me to worship, or study, or be more self-disciplined. Some inspire my creative side. Some lend me inspiration for my own blogging endeavors.
I had the opportunity to visit and read a whole fresh new (to me) collection of blogs. I decided that I will award several blogs which I found especially noteworthy from the 2010 Ultimate Blog Party as well as the Blissdom Blizzard Bloghop.
Here’s the menu for my family for the week of April 19th. As far as desserts go, I saw an amazing coconut cake recipe that I want to make with a fresh coconut.
Pin ItSo many people want to garden, but don’t have the room to do it. They either don’t have a yard at all, or the yard they have is unsuitable for gardening. But if you have a desire to grow, if you want some fresh home-grown vegetables on your table this season, it’s possible to grow some things without a yard.
I am very pleased, honored, and excited to accept this, my sixth blog award. I have to thank my husband, my children, and all my friends for keeping the great ideas coming and for keeping me fresh and on my toes. But mostly, I have to thank God for His hand on my every day life. He is on the throne and in control and through Him all things are possible and to Him all glory and all honor is due.
