All our greens are done – it’s too hot for them so we’ll be pulling them. We’re enjoying coleslaw from the cabbbage we’ve harvested so far.
Our tomatoes are big and fat and green – and the squirrels have found them :/ but there are (hopefully) plenty even if they get a few. We’ve got cherry tomatoes, roma, San Marzano, Cherokee Purple, and another kind of big red slicing tomato which I don’t remember!
Green beans are just beginning to produce, and our corn is getting tassel-y, which hubby tells me is a sign that the ears are coming soon!
We will plant some peppers also – they are always prolific for us and we always have more than we need. I love our garden… not only is it fun to go out and ‘pick dinner’, it’s a relaxing place to go sit!
That sounds wonderful!
I love gardening, too. I spend a lot of time out in the garden during the growing months and look forward to planting all winter long.
What a cool video update! I love your garden; it’s huge! What kind of corn do you grow?
DH found out our neighbor has a tiller and wants to ask him if we can borrow it to put in a real garden of our own.
Wow! I wish I could go produce shopping in your back yard!
