CFBR: Emerald Fire

I a honored to announce that Christian Fiction Book Review reviewed Emerald Fire!

As soon as I read the first sentence, I started getting really excited.

I recently reviewed Sapphire Ice, by Hallee Bridgeman. After reading it, I was really looking forward to the second book in her series, Emerald Fire, and I was not disappointed!

Shifts and Changes

I am excited to get Hallee the Homemaker back up to what it was before I took a (desperately needed) semi-break. The ideas for posts just come and come — I simply haven’t had the time to actually focus and concentrate and put things together. If we can get me through the summer months (where my “free” time will have to continue to be spent focusing on the next book coming out rather than blogging) then we’ll be back up and rolling!

Something Different

Sometimes, my heart feels a little broken. I wish I knew what else to call it. Sometimes, I look at my oldest son, Scott, and struggle with an overwhelming emotion that borders on heartache.

Interview: Author Taryn Rae

On my writing blog, I am SO excited today to introduce you to romance author Taryn Raye. Taryn is such an amazing networking friend for me — if I announce anything, I can always count on her to spread the word. She has a new release out with Turquoise Morning Press called Castaway Hearts. Please enjoy Taryn answering your questions as much as I enjoyed having her on my blog today! You can find the interview here.

The Garden: Week 10

I cannot believe that 9 weeks have passed since I did a garden update!

I have been so busy with book releases and writing that gardening got put off to just now. Since we’re on vacation next week, I needed to just stop everything this week and get the garden planted.

We have a plot at our church. This is the first time we’ve done that, and I’m LOVING the size of my plot!

Diaper Planner

Gregg has a friend whose wife is expecting twins. During the initial budgeting and planning and thinking of the changes twins would bring to their home, he created this site: DiaperPlanner.com.

This site is SO NEAT.
