Welcome to week 1 of our month-long pink ribbon giveaway!
To start off our October Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we’re giving away this hand-crafted CD/DVD holder made by my friend, Amy, at Amy Smith Purse-onals. We will also make a $25 donation to the breast cancer/cancer organization of your choice.
It holds 14 CD’s or DVD’s, ties shut with a pink ribbon, and easily slides into a purse or a glove compartment.
There are 7 ways to enter. Make sure you leave a comment for every entry, or it won’t count:
- Leave a comment to this post telling us which breast cancer/cancer organization to which you’d like us to make a donation, as well as if this donation is in memory of any loved one.
- Blog about this giveaway and leave a comment telling me that you did.
- Follow Hallee the Homemaker on Twitter here, and leave a comment telling me that you did.
- Tweet about this giveaway, adding @halleeb to the tweet, and leave a comment telling me you did.
- Subscribe to my RSS feed here (or if you already do, leave a comment telling me you do)
- Subscribe to my email updates here (or if you already do, leave a comment telling me you do)
- Google Friend me here (or if you already are, leave a comment telling me you are)
You have 7 chances to win! If you already do the above, leave a separate comment saying so to make sure that you don’t miss out on an extra entry.
International entries are always more than welcome.

I’m so grateful for your visit, today.
You would bless me if you added me to your feed reader or subscribed
via email.
You can also become a fan on Facebook or follow me on
Twitter. I would love to see more of you!

I would like my donation to go to someone walking in the Race for the Cure. If you don’t know anyone, I will find someone.
Whichever place you think is best to donate to is fine by me. I would love it in honor of Rosalie Fritcher, my grandmother, who died of breast cancer many years ago.
I suscribe to RSS feed.
I am a Google friend.
Cute holder
I think any donation to Susan G Koman/Run for the cure would be great.
In honour of my friend Jenn. S. Who just turned 37 and just finished her last Radiation treatment for breast cancer. She’s a survivor!

(I don’t know how to subscribe to the feed or the Google friend thing)
I would like my donation to go to someone doing the Race for the Cure, or an acceptable alternative would be Susan G. Komen (which puts on the Race for the Cure)
I know it isn’t specifically a breast cancer group, but the American Cancer Society.
And not in memory of anyone. While I know people who have survived breast cancer, I’m probably one of the few who doesn’t know anyone who died from it! YAY ME!!! lol
But Hallee, I hope you don’t mind, but I’m going to encourage EVERYONE to get their mammogram! And, if you are at all concerned, PUSH your doctor for an early one! Our daycare lady had her first 2 months after she turned 40. To find out that she had breast cancer. Which means, of course, that she had it before she turned 40.
If I win, I would like to donate to Peppy from BZ.
I subscribed to your RSS :)

I tweeted about this giveaway! :)
I subscribed to you emails. :) Woo-hoo, I’m on a roll…lol
Since I am not in the states, as long as it is donated to a worthy charity for breast cancer research that would be great.
I now follow you via Google friends.

I would love for you to donate to the Susan G Komen foundation in honor of my cousin Karen Newman, who is a BC survivor!! She was under 40 when she was diagnosed!
I would like my donation to go to some who is walking.
I’ll follow you anywhere Hallee – just as soon as I get my laptop working ;-)
I love this CD holder – very cute!
