Menu for the week of 12 April 2010
The “rules” of our household diet can be found in the tab above labeled Hallee’s Galley and further explained in Our Diet.
I usually serve leftovers for lunch the next day, or we’ll save them during the week to graze lunch on the weekends. One meal a week, we eat whatever we want. This is usually our “Dinner Out” meal.
Almost all of the breads are homemade using fresh milled flour. I’ll continue to link to my recipes as I post them.
Here’s the menu for my family for the week of April 12th. As far as desserts go, my husband is going to be needing some more cookies soon. I don’t know what I’m going to send him (other than the standard Oatmeal Cinnamon Raisin Cookies and the Homemade Whole Wheat Vanilla Wafers — maybe a peanut butter or a Doodle-Roo Snickerdoodle. We’ll see what kind of inspiration I can come up with!

You are the 2nd one I’ve seen with chicken pot pie on their menu. Now I’ve got a craving for it especially being a comfort food! :D
i had eggs in a hole for breakfast this morning with cheddar bread and thought of you! now if i could make a cheddar bread this good, id be in luck! I got it from a friend of mine’s bakery, so I know its homemade!
OOO I can’t wait for this week’s recipes. All of them look extremely good.
Have a safe trip home.
Can I just say that eggs in a hole are one of my all time FAVORITE breakfasts? Yum!
