Menu for the week of April 5, 2010
The “rules” of our household diet can be found in the tab above labeled Hallee’s Galley and further explained in Our Diet.
Here’s the menu for my family for the week of April 12, 2010. We are currently in a beach house, so I am not making any breads this week. I did bring some Whole Wheat Hamburger Buns and some French Bread loaves, so we’ll be utilizing them as the week goes on.
I’m not baking any goodies, either. I have ice cream in the freezer and fresh fruit galore, so we’re making do with that.
While you’re here, be sure to visit my April give-away. We will close for entries on April 12, 2010 at 5PM EST.

Hi! Found your blog through MPM. Those pancakes sound great! My husband loves having breakfast for dinner, and I’m always looking for healthier alternatives to make. Glad to have found you!
I’m glad you found me, too!
What fun to be at a beach house! I need to gear up for our vacation and what I need to take, too. I love making breads and such and that will definitely help with our expenses to take certain items. :D
that looks like a delicious week! your hot potato salad reminded me of how much I love my grandma’s German potato salad :)
I LOVE German potato salad. I haven’t made that in years. I’ll need to dig up my old recipe and make it. Thank you!
