I love this recipe, because there is no sugar in it. It uses maple syrup as the sweetener. With just three simple ingredients, you have a delicious, creamy, wonderful concoction with which to sweeten and lighten your morning coffee.

This is my go-to recipe for waffles in the hotel-style waffle maker. They have an amazing flavor and pack a nutritious punch that would be hard pressed to be beaten. I love serving them with real butter and real maple syrup.

Pin ItThis is a wonderful pancake/waffle recipe. I thought the oats would have less of a flavor – as in oatmeal bread – but they didn’t. This tasted like…oatmeal! Cooked on the griddle or in the waffle iron, dripping with butter and topped with real maple syrup they were wonderful!
