It’s awesome. If I’m thinking about something and I’m driving, I can just give him a quick call and have a one-sided conversation. The kids call and tell him goodnight or good morning. If I want to just have some connection with him, I call and listen to his voice on the message then leave him a message.
My friend Mary is an amazing artist. She can do with yarn what Colette Peters can do with fondant.
One of the first things she asked me was what I was doing. I told her I was a homemaker in a small town in Kentucky, married to the most amazing man in the world and mother to three absolutely wonderful children. Her reaction puzzled me and hurt me at the same time.
Starting a week from today, November 2, we’ll have a new give-away. I’ve very excited about this one. We’ll run it from 7AM Monday to 5pm EST Friday
Consignment stores are such a godsend. Because we’ve never really had to buy clothes for the boys, they’ve never been anywhere on my radar. But when I told Gregg that I needed to get Scott new pants, he’s the one who suggested that I check out the consignment store first.
