Gardening,
Hallee's Galley
We’ve had the wettest April in recorded history here in central Kentucky, so I’m a couple of weeks behind where I was last year at this time. But, it’s also been unusually cold so it’s good that I couldn’t get out to the yard and get it tilled until now. I ran the tiller last week, and then this past Monday and finally got the seeds and seedlings into the rich Kentucky earth.

My newest discovery was a pummelo. Shopping in Whole Foods last week, I saw a large display of them. They caught my eye because they’re huge – easily double the size of a large grapefruit, if not more.

As much as we try, it’s not always possible to completely avoid the cold or flu some seasons. This broth will provide you with some herbal comfort when you’re ill. It’s flavorful, warming, and packed with vitamins that will help your body battle whatever bug has bitten you.

Gardening,
Hallee's Galley
It’s finally time to start working on our gardens again! I’m so excited. Last year was the first year I had my own full garden, and God provided such a bounty out of it! I started small, learned what I needed and what I didn’t need, and learned what I need to do differently. Now I’m ready for a bigger, better, more functional garden this year!

Today, I will document logical evidence for a young earth based on a series of logical questions. The premise of these questions is going to be based on facts, not assumptions. I realize that if you are a Darwinist then logic is meaningless to you and facts are irrelevant. Therefore, this post is written more for those who are capable of logical thought and accepting facts, and for that I apologize.
