Fabulous Supper Nachos

My mom found this recipe in a magazine probably thirty years ago. This recipe is AMAZING. I don’ t know exactly what sets it apart from other hot nachos recipes, but something does. You won’t find a better dish to take to a party – this is probably the dish for which I’m most often asked for the recipe. They’re called “Supper Nachos” because they are a meal. Easy Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

My children love ranch dressing. I keep a jar in my refrigerator to put in Kaylee’s lunches with carrot sticks, a snack for the boys with cucumber slices, or for salads at dinner time. They were beyond amazing. A wonderful breakfast to kick of a Cinco de Mayo celebration.

This was my first attempt at flour tortillas, and they were perfect. They felt right, they handled right, and they tasted wonderful. I’m so pleased.

Moroccan Menu on the Fly

I had some friends over for dinner last night. I’m not as good at entertaining people as my husband is. I’m much better at cooking and serving a meal while I listen to him entertaining and interacting with people (heh). But cooking for people is what I love to do, and even though he’s gone, he encourages me to still have people over.
