SQUASH WEEK! 2012

Remember Squash Week! last year?  A week’s worth of recipes for all the over abundance of summer squash!

This year, I’m going to include a Linky.  If you blog and have a squash recipe, or a dozen squash recipes, link them up!  If you don’t have a blog, leave the recipe in the comments section.

Anyone who shares a recipe will be entered into the giveaway for The Classic Zucchini Cookbook.

This is my g0-to cookbook for all things squash, and includes recipes that span from Pumpkin Waffles to Zapple Bars to Spaghetti with Zucchini Meat Sauce to Braised Lamb Shanks with Summer Squash, and 221 other amazing recipes.

So, get ready!  The post will go live Monday morning, July 8th.  It will stay live until Sunday night, July 15th, at 11:59 PM EST.  There are no limits to the number of times that you can enter.  The only thing that I ask is that, if you link a blog post, you link back to the Squash Week! post so that other people can find the resource.
