Menu for the week of July 12, 2010

I am at our family’s youth camp, Glen Eden Youth Center, this week.  I will be cooking, but I am not in charge of the menu.

Breakfast is the same every morning:

Mamaw Lucille’s Buttermilk Biscuits
Bacon and Sausage
Gravy
Scrambled Eggs
Sliced Tomatoes

Dinners will be the following:

Roast Beef and Trimmings

Turkey Dinner and Trimmings

Spaghetti Dinner

Ham and Hashbrown Casserole

Hamburgers and Hot Dogs on the grill

BBQ on Buns

Hallee
