I am thrilled to be taking part in the Real Food and Religion Series at Simply Real.
Channelle at Real Food sent out questionnaires to the participants asking about our religion, how food ties into our religion, how our religion dictates what foods we can and cannot eat. I have really enjoyed reading the segments thus far, and today is my turn!

I thought your post was great. I think we are on the same page! I never thought of the seaweed, like spirulina. Could you explain that to me? Also, the fat thing, does this mean we should not eat the fat from our meat or render tallow to cook with?? I know Nourishing Traditions is big into the fat and I was wondering if you had some clarification for me on that. Thankyou
I was wondering the same thing, about the fat from meat.
