1. What an awesome present!!!

2. It was awesome! I knew it was coming because I broke the attachment place when I was making 4 batches of pasta – it all got so hot that it melted something and something something didn’t do anymore. So, he insisted on a new mixer. I just didn’t know about all of the accessories, too! It was much fun to open.

3. OH WOW!!!! Can I come over and play at your house?!?!!?!?! :)

4. Your so lucky! A kitchen Aid Stand Mixer is # 1 on my wish list right now. I’m hoping for one for my birthday in April.

5. yay! happy birthday! ok i know one is the pasta attachment, so what are the others?

6. I already had a pasta maker. So, now I have 2. Gregg thought if I had 2, then one wouldn’t get hot enough to melt the place where it attaches to the mixer. We’re thinking when I have big batches of pasta to make, I can just alternate the attachments.

   Also included is a ravioli maker (and as someone who has only ever made them by hand, all I have to say is — YAY), a sausage stuffer, a thing that goes around the bowl that I can either put hot water (to keep the bowl warm) or ice cubes (to keep the bowl cold), an an angel hair pasta cutter.

8. that makes sense to have two. i was thinking about making ravioli, but that will require patience in rolling dough that i apparently do not have. so that may just have to wait until i can get the attachment! enjoy the new ones!

10. Wow!!! I have the mixer but not all the cool attachments… just the slicer/grater… let me know how the pasta one works, I’ve had my eye on it for a while!
