Hallee's Galley,
menus & menu planning
Here’s the menu for my family for the week of August 16th. This is Gregg’s last week home and Kaylee’s first full week of school. As far as desserts go, I’m making Household6Diva’s Rosetta Apple Pie and a batch or 2 of cookies.

Hallee's Galley,
Recipes,
Salads
This seems to make a huge salad, but when I ate it for lunch, it was a perfect portion. The crunch of the apples and the sweetness of the dried cranberries combined with the balsamic vinegar makes such a beautiful flavor combination. It is a delicious lunch.

Hallee's Galley,
Recipes,
sauces & spreads
I much prefer making my mayonnaise fresh at home. Obviously, it saves money, but the main advantage is in the taste. Home made is not loaded with chemicals and preservatives.
