Fun & Super Easy Acorn Treats
My boys love gathering acorns on the walk to school. They both have acorns in almost every pocket of their backpacks, and there is no telling how many they’ve buried in our yard, hoping to grow a tree.
So, when I saw this snack, I couldn’t help but get the supplies needed to make it!
You need miniature ‘Nilla Wafers, Hersheys kisses, and peanut butter chips. You also need some powdered sugar and water.
Mix a little bit of water with the powdered sugar to make a paste.
Using the paste, secure the flat end of the cookie with the flat end of the kiss.
On the top of the cookie, secure the peanut butter chip.
That’s it. My boys were THRILLED with this fun and easy snack.
We aren’t going to pretend there’s anything good or wholesome about this snack. It’s just simple and fun — two things that make handing a child a plate with miniature vanilla wafers, some Hershey’s kisses, and a few peanut butter chips a good thing.

Grandboy loves to pick up acorns too. This week we also started collecting Cicada shells! Life with a boy is new to me
As a long term Hershey employee, I rarely see a new recipe but this one is creative and is a must try! Thank you for sharing.
