Wordless Wednesday: A Growing Household

She is as of yet still unnamed.

Half St. Bernard, half Australian Shepherd, she was the runt and almost half the size of her brothers.

We are a very happy household now.

Any name ideas would be greatly appreciated.  We’re leaning strongly toward Sandy, but it feels wrong to call her that.  Of course, that could have something to do with calling her “Puppy” for the last 5 days.

  1. Ahhhhhhh soooooo cute!!! We just recently gotten a puppy also, she is an Alaskan Malamute, and her name is Peyton. We also have a Westie named Manning. Of course being huge Indianapolis Colts fans our dogs are named after the quarterback, Peyton Manning ;) I can’t wait to hear what you named her!!!

  2. She’s adorable!! GL naming her! I overthink names, so it’d take forever for me to suggest some, lol!

  3. I was thinking ‘Pepper’ but she is too sweet to be called such a fiery name.

  4. i saw your other dog first, and was thinking, there is no way that is the new puppy and if it is she got big really fast! then i saw the new puppy on the other side.

  5. SO ADORABLE!!!!!!! I’m awful when coming up with pet names so I’m no help… but I can’t wait to hear what she eventually gets named! She looks like the sweetest little pup ever!

  6. null

She is adorable! The first thing that came to mind when I saw her was Sweetie Pie, and then Colby. It will come to you suddenly ….
