Delectable Deluxe Brownies

The thing about this recipe that has always amazed me is the lack of leavening. I think you just kind of beat the fluffiness in. They are so moist, and so chocolatey – perfect brownies recipe.

Purposeful Pomegranate BP Reducing Protein Smoothie

Different things can affect my blood pressure. Some years ago, we found a recent research study that showed drinking just 8 ounces of pomegranate juice a day will reduce high blood pressure significantly. Since then, I have added a shot of pomegranate juice to my smoothies.
