I love how this recipe is a sweet and sour flavor – something that you just wouldn’t think to pair with hamburger meat, yet it absolutely works. It takes almost no time to prepare and is a nice, quick meal when you’re in a hurry but want to feed your family something healthy. I use grass-fed hamburger meat. Coupled with organic vegetables, it’s still just $4 per serving.

This is an awesome, hearty soup. It is packed full of good-for-you yumminess and will beat any chicken soup in any can on a grocery store shelf. On a whim one day while making chicken noodle soup, I tossed in a few handfuls of fresh spinach. Oh yes – this took this amazing soup over the edge.
