Pom Wonderful asked me to come up with some pomegranate recipes. I had a turkey breast in the freezer and a bag of cranberries in the fridge, so I thought I would see what I could come up with.

We don’t eat pork, so this is the perfect substitute for a “pulled pork” sandwich. I use organic root beer, because it’s made with real sugar and not high fructose corn syrup.
