Posted by Hallee on Oct 12, 2009 in Breads, Hallee's Galley, Holiday fare, Parenting, Recipes

Creation: Meanings, Intent, & Truth

Posted by Gregg on Oct 11, 2009 in apologetics, Christian Faith, Creation, homeschooling

5 Conversations: Beauty is Only Skin Deep

Conversation number 2 in a series on the topics found within the book 5 Conversations You Must Have With Your Daughter by author Vicki Courtney: Beauty is Only Skin Deep. If you have a daughter, I strongly urge you to get this book, read this book, read this book WITH your daughter. She needs this information and she needs to know what she’s facing in the world.

Creation: A Deer with a Dream of a Long Neck

Posted by Gregg on Oct 4, 2009 in apologetics, Christian Faith, Creation, homeschooling

Lamarckism, the notion of “inheritance of acquired characteristics” while utterly disproven over a century ago, continues today as the unstated philosophical basis of all Darwinian evolutionary biology. While admittedly lacking in either proof or reason, Lamarckism nevertheless excuses Darwinists from contemplating the possibility that nature espouses implications outside of Methodological Naturalism.

We Can Bake It! Yes We Can!

Posted by Hallee on Oct 1, 2009 in Hallee's Galley, missions, Parenting

This would be a WONDERFUL family project – a way to give back to those who have — and are — sacrificing so much and a way to open up the door to talk about things happening in our world and our wonderful military with your children.

Our family’s walk is this Saturday

Posted by Hallee on Sep 28, 2009 in Christian Faith, Love, March of Dimes, Parenting

Thanks to a lot of prayer, and a lot of competent and caring nurses and doctors, and an awful lot of research into birth defects, premature births, and still-births funded by the March of Dimes, all of our children have the opportunity to live normal, healthy lives.

Creation: Paradigm Shift -or- The Death of a Nimrod

Posted by Gregg on Sep 26, 2009 in apologetics, Christian Faith, Creation, homeschooling
