Hi Halley,
Love your posts! I’d like a copy of your budget form.
Thanks,
Susan
I have been meaning to set a budget-up on paper. This would be great way to start and I would like to have a copy of your budgeting spreadsheet. Thank you.
I would love a copy of this budget sheet. It sounds like the one my husband made, so I would love to compare the two.

That looks like a great spreadsheet. I’d love a copy of your spreadsheet. The one I have now is overly complicated, I believe. Thanks so much for your willingness to share!

Yes I would really like a copy of the spreadsheet. Trying really hard this year to come out of debt and stay out of debt and budget, budget, budget. Could we get more postings on savings, budgeting, etc., if possible. Thanks in advance.
I’d love a copy too, please.
Could you send a copy to me, also? It looks so helpful.
Thanks. :)

Help me get organized before this baby comes–
I am an excel dummy but my hubby loves excel/budgeting and attempting to get me organized. Your help would be appreciated! Please send me the spreadsheet!
Thanks,
Sarah
Would love a copy of this budget. I do daycare in home and I need it for the state would make it easier on me than trying to figure it out on my own. Thanks!
I would love a copy of this! One of our goals this year is to stick to our budget and this seems like a great way to help! Thank you!
Wow – does your family really have a $250 budget for clothing and shoes per month? {{Can I come live there? :-) }}
And wow – do you really only spend $200 a month for all that healthy food you buy? – that is awesome budgeting!
What about mortgage/rent, utilities, donations, and entertainment? Aren’t those considered part of the household budget? Just curious on tip as to why you don’t budget and track those expenses?
I would appreciate a copy of this budget! Thanks for sharing it with so many!
I’d love your form, thank you!
I figured $50 per person per month. We don’t spend that monthly, but we have major seasonal purchases. Kaylee gets $500 budget before school starts and a smaller budget when spring hits. Jeb gets Scott’s hand-me-downs, but Scott’s clothes have to be purchased seasonally. We don’t do hand-me-down shoes — consider just athletic shoes and “church” shoes, and you’re spending $50 or more each size for the boys and at least that for each pair of shoes for Kaylee. Coats, hats, gloves, jackets, scarves for all three children aren’t cheap. So, annually, we probably end up spending that on clothes and shoes – just not monthly.
Our beef is purchased in bulk — we buy half a cow at a time. That doesn’t come out of this budget. I also purchase my dried beans and wheat berries online and in bulk. Those don’t come out of this budget. That figure is just for produce, dairy, and some meats.
Gregg handles mortgage, utilities, and bills in a separate account. He has a similar spreadsheet that works with the household budget. It would be a simple matter of adding those columns and rows into the main database.
Entertainment should be on there. It’s on my actual working copy.
Donations come from a different account. We put the money into the account on the payday, and out of that account I do my tithing, giving, and donations. It is not a budget item out of the household account.
I sent it, Rebecca.
I emailed it, Sarah.
And congratulations on the baby! I hope you can get organized — or where you feel like you’re organized.
