August 6, 2009, Hallee the Homemaker started a blog. I cannot believe it’s been two years! Thirty fantastic giveaways, over 100 menu plans, more than 8,500 comments, hundreds of thousands of visitors, and nearly 380 recipes later, we are hosting our biggest giveaway yet!
Enter to win everything you need to make Hallee’s Whole Wheat Honey Oatmeal Bread!
A friend of mine contacted me recently and asked if I knew anyone who wanted to buy her “gently used” Nutrimill grain mill. Gregg and I talked about it, and figured that we had more of an internet base to sell it just simply through the Hallee the Homemaker’s presence than she did, so we agreed to buy it from her and just planned to re-sell it. When it came in the mail, I was amazed at how new it seemed. It looked brand new. I don’t know how often she used it, but if it had come in a factory box, I never would have suspected that it had ever been used at all. Then we discovered that it came with a lifetime warranty on the grinding heads and a limited lifetime warranty on any other component, whether it is second hand or not.
Because it was in such an immaculate condition, and because of the warranty information, Gregg and I thought it would be perfect for our two-year-Blogiversary giveaway!
We are giving away all the staple items you need to make our Whole Wheat Honey Oatmeal Bread except the butter. All of the grains came from our preferred supplier for the grain and other kitchen staples we use in our home, the awesome folks at Breadbeckers: wheat berries to use in making bread (a combination of organic hard red wheat and organic hard white wheat), wheat berries to use in making pasta (organic Durum wheat), wheat berries to use in making pastries (organic soft white wheat), organic popcorn to use in making cornmeal for breads such as Old Fashioned Cornbread, NorPro brand professional bread pans to make the Whole Wheat Honey Oatmeal Bread, Chicago Metal brand pan to make Hallee’s Whole Wheat French Bread, and the L’Equip NutriMill Grain Mill to make fresh milled flour.
Here is what you’ll win:
