That is heartwrenching. I have never experienced it, but to read those words made me cry also.
Praying everything goes smoothly for this upcoming deployment, Hallee.
I should say I’ve never experienced long term deployment. My husband was in the Army National Guard when we first married. (He was just back from boot camp when we married!) So I know the short two week and weekend affairs. That was hard enough!
