going to send this tro my mom so she can print this for me. But a quick question. what is the difference between cake flour regular and all purpose? can you substitute?
I believe that cake flour has been presifted…i have substituted ap flour for cake flour, just measure out a cup and take 2 tbsp out. i then go on to sift it
Cake flour has a lower gluten content and therefore a lower protein content than all purpose flour. It also, to me, feels much finer. If you use all purpose flour, use 2 1/4 cups.

mmm…I do a similar one but I never thought to put a half a cookie on the bottom…YUMMERS!! Good thing I’m out of Newman’s :) and flour…and cream…LOL :)
