Similar to small pancakes, these light, crispy medallion-sized treats are a delight served with honey or petimezi… or with syrup, preserves, or a creative topping of your own design. They can be eaten as a sweet snack, with breakfast, or as a brunch dish. Favorites during The Great Lent, these contain no eggs or dairy products. If served with honey, they are perfect for a Daniel Fast as well.Pin It
The word “orphana” means “orphaned” and in Greek cooking, usually means a dish that can be made with meat, but in this case is made without. Cabbage is a favorite winter food, and this meatless recipe is delightful and a Lenten favorite. These cabbage rolls are delicious as a main dish, but I often make them using small pieces of the cabbage leaf, to create small rolls that are perfect as a side dish, addition to a buffet table, or appetizer. Try them also using chard leaves and Romaine lettuce leaves. Because of the lack of meat, this dish is perfect for Lent or a Daniel Fast.Pin It
Anyway, without further delay, this is the sixth time I will play tourguide on a whirlwind trip through the Blissdom Blizzard bloggers. I’ll post about 10 tourspots a day in no particular order until we get through the list. I am still having just as much fun meeting new bloggers and catching up with faithful friends today as on day one! How about you?
Today, I will document logical evidence for a young earth based on a series of logical questions. The premise of these questions is going to be based on facts, not assumptions. I realize that if you are a Darwinist then logic is meaningless to you and facts are irrelevant. Therefore, this post is written more for those who are capable of logical thought and accepting facts, and for that I apologize.Pin It
About two weeks ago, my good friend Heather actingbalanced and couponning101 presented me with this Sunshine Blog Award. I’ve been following my friend Heather in various online forums and with her coupon classes for a while before she (finally) recently started her own blog.
