I usually serve my potato salad warm as well. The kids seem to realy like it better. If I do have any left and refrigerate it the kids complain about it.
I love warm potato salad too. Great idea to cook the eggs in the same pot as the potatoes – I’ve never thought of that before! Also, I don’t see how cooking the eggs and potatoes together would be unsafe – they’re all immersed in boiling water so any bacteria (i.e., salmonella from the egg shell) would be destroyed.
