After talking to you this morning, i’m excited to be trying this tonight! Since this is a last minute Dinner Idea (because yours looked so yummy)….. I’m having to make the following “adjustments”
Tuna w/oil: Sub~Tuna w/water, drained and add olive oil to pan instead)
Green Pepper: Sub~ Celery cut up like the green peppers would be…
Fresh Onion: Sub~ Ground Onion Spice (My family will NOT eat onions in any form, cooked or raw! thats just the way they roll LOL)
I have so much confidence in this recipe of yours Hallee that i’m doubling it for Aaron’s dinner tonight at work and lunches this week! YUMMMM cant wait! ;)

I told Abby I was making this today and she literally jumped up and down yelling, “yay!!!” hahaha thank you for this recipe so I can enjoy a version of one of my favorite meals from my childhood! <3
