About two weeks ago, my friend Heather at actingbalanced and couponning101 presented me with this Sunshine Blog Award. I am very pleased, honored, and excited to accept this award.  I didn’t forget.  The fact is that I got busy with Gregg going back to Afghanistan, and the boys, and the snow, and cooking for 50+ at church Wednesday nights and the big Valentine’s banquet seating about 150 and the bottom line is that  I didn’t want to move on this award until I had time to devote to it.

I’ve been following Heather in various online forums and with her coupon classes for a while before she finally recently started her own blog. When I decided to take a short break when Gregg came home on leave, Heather was one of the first people I invited to guest post here because of her frugal shopping expertise.  I love learning from her and I encourage you to check out either of her blogs.  She is truly a neat lady.
