I tried this at work for some red velvet cupcakes–it is by far the best white frosting I’ve ever made! Hallee, you’ve hit it again! (not surprising, of course :)

just so you know and for others making it…rice milk does work in place of milk! still tastes great!~

WOW This is excellent. I just made this recipe and frosted my delectable deluxe brownies and YUM YUM the kids are asking for bowls of the leftover frosting. Thanks for the recipe! It is my new favorite!
HAHAHA Hallee I have an extra bowl of the second batch of this icing in the fridge and I am currently NOT having to pay allowance. The kids do a chore and ask for a spoonful of icing!! Thanks saving me a lot of money!
